SHIPPING POLICY:
We take great pride in providing our customers with the utmost care and quality when packaging items. Every order will be packed diligently and in excellent condition. Shady Q's LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING or POSTAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT. We do assure you that every order will be coming from us with the proper care.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING:
Once your order is received, we will begin working on it! Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. This does not mean it will definitely take that long, however in the event that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay with shipments. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order status & tracking number. Please allow at least 3-5 days for all domestic orders, and at least 7-14 for all international orders.
